Virtual Assistant (VA) vs. Online Business Manager (OBM)
 
When choosing a support package, it helps to know the difference between these two roles and how they fit your business needs.

Virtual Assistant (VA):
A VA provides task-based support to help you stay organized and productive. Online Business Manager (OBM):
An OBM takes on a higher-level role in managing your business operations. They oversee projects, systems, and team members to ensure everything runs smoothly. An OBM helps with strategy, delegation, process improvements, and accountability. Think of an OBM as the person who manages the work so you can step into your role as CEO and focus on growth.

Hybrid Support:
Sometimes your business needs a little of both. With a Hybrid Packages, you’ll receive VA-level task support while also benefiting from OBM-level oversight. This means you get help doing the work while also having guidance to manage the work. It’s a flexible option that adapts to where your business is right now.
