J & M Wellness and Consulting Inc. is an independent contractor that provides business and administrative support services. Working from a remote office, I can be an extension to your business to help you expand, streamline processes, increase productivity and maximize your business potential.

Rates vary based on projects and services. Hourly and custom package rates available.
